DO YOU ACCEPT RENT PAYMENT ONLINE?
Yes, we accept online rent payments through our resident online web portal. The resident portal also offers maintenance service requests.
DO YOU OFFER SHORT-TERM LEASE AGREEMENTS?
Yes, we offer leases as short as 7 months. Ask your leasing professional what we have to best suit your needs. Fees may apply.
ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT?
Pest control, maintenance, and all property amenities are included. Water/Sewer, electric, cable, and Internet are not included in your rent.
WHAT KIND OF PETS DO YOU ALLOW? DO YOU ACCEPT EXOTIC PETS? WHAT ARE THE FEES?
Yes, we are pet-friendly and your dogs and cats will feel right at home. Two pets per apartment are allowed with a combined weight of 80 lbs. Breed restrictions do apply. We do not accept exotic pets. There is a one-time pet fee due on move-in day of $500 for one pet, $750 for two pets.
DO YOU REQUIRE RENTERS INSURANCE?
Yes, we require all residents to carry a minimum of $100,000 personable liability insurance coverage. Proof-of-coverage is required at move-in and lease renewal. You may select the insurance provider of your choice.
ARE YOU A GATED COMMUNITY?
Yes, we have a controlled-access parking garage and controlled-access to the building.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOVE-IN FEES?
Move-in fees include a $75 application fee per applicant, a one-time $250 administration fee, and a $300 security deposit based on approved credit.
DO I HAVE TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME TO TOUR AN APARTMENT?
A valid government photo ID must be presented to view an apartment.
WHEN IS MY RENT PAYMENT DUE?
Rent is due on the first of every month.
WHERE DO I PAY RENT?
Rent can be paid at the leasing office or online.
DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED APARTMENTS?
No, however, we can provide you with the names of furniture rental companies.
WHAT DAY OF THE MONTH ARE LATE CHARGES APPLIED?
If rent has not been paid in full, a $100 late fee is charged on the 5th of each month.
ARE THERE RESERVED PARKING SPOTS?
Yes, all garage parking spaces will be assigned to residents.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED ON YOUR BALCONIES?
Balconies should be kept neat and clean at all times. No rugs, towels, laundry, clothing, appliances, or other items shall be hung, stored, or draped over the railings.
ARE GRILLS ALLOWED ON THE BALCONIES?
Gas grills and charcoal grills are not allowed on the balcony.
WHAT CABLE SERVICES DO YOU HAVE?
AT&T and Brighthouse.
CAN I HAVE A SATELLITE DISH?
Yes, with permission, and it must be placed on a tripod on your balcony. No satellite dishes will be allowed to be mounted to the exterior of the building, including balconies.
IS THERE ADDITIONAL STORAGE ON-SITE?
Yes, there are climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage rooms available. Please ask your leasing professional for details.
WILL YOU ACCEPT MY PACKAGE DELIVERIES IF I AM NOT HOME?
Yes, if a package needs to be signed for and you are not home, we can sign and store it in our package room, located in the leasing office.
ARE RESIDENTS ALLOWED TO PAINT THEIR APARTMENTS?
Yes, however, prior to move-out, it must be painted back to the original colors or fees will be charged.
IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL?
Yes, there is a spa-style saline pool.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER? WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
Yes, we have a 24-hour fitness center.
WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?
You must complete an application, provide a copy of your photo ID and proof-of-income (include three most recent pay stubs or the prior years’ W2).
DO YOU HAVE COMPUTERS FOR RESIDENTS TO USE?
There is a computer station in the Clubroom for residents to use.
DO YOU HAVE GRILLS FOR RESIDENTS TO USE?
Yes, there are two grill stations located on the 4th floor amenity deck.
